What is Laundromeda?
Laundromeda is laundry management software for laundromats, wash-and-fold shops, pickup and delivery services and commercial linen laundries. It records laundry by weight, prints drop-off tickets and slips, sends invoices, exports them to QuickBooks Online and tracks employee hours, overtime and labor cost.
How much does it cost?
The first 3 months are free with every feature. After that the base plan is $59 per month, add-ons are $10 to $35 each, and the total never goes above $299. There is no setup fee, no hardware to buy and no charge per order, invoice, customer or user.
Will my price go up later?
No. Sign for a year and your price is guaranteed for that year. Stay subscribed without a break and your price is locked for as long as you are a customer, even as your business grows.
Is it a good fit for a small coin laundry?
Yes. A laundromat that offers wash-and-fold usually needs three things: weigh the bag, print the ticket, invoice its regular accounts. You pay only for those features, with no hardware and no setup fee.
Can I charge by the pound and by the piece?
Yes. Each customer gets a price per pound, and items like comforters, blankets or rugs can be billed per piece at that customer's own price.
Do I need new scales or hardware?
No. Keep your floor scale and type the reading into any phone or tablet. A cheap tablet on the wall works for the time clock.
Where is our data kept?
In a secure cloud database. Each laundry sees only its own records; this is enforced by the database itself, not just the app screens.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes, QuickBooks Online. Export invoices as a file and import them; you set which QuickBooks customer and item each name maps to.
We already use TimeStation for hours.
Connect it with its API key and the labor screens read hours from it. Switch to the built-in PIN clock whenever you are ready.
Can drivers and floor staff use it?
Yes. Staff accounts can weigh in and out and clock in; they do not see prices, invoices or payroll.
How long does setup take?
About twenty minutes for the company and a first customer. Add the rest of your customers as their first delivery comes in.
